Rotem invited his 50 guests on a private property in Byron Bay, and he was ready to delight them, for 2 full days of gathering ahead of them. We had the time, the will and the right type of people!
We kicked off the celebration with a luxurious Buffet table featuring mixed mezzés, sticky Gochujang chicken, black and white sesame encrusted snapper, diverse scrumptious salads and sides like the roasted veggies and almond couscous served with capsicum tahini.
On the sweet side, we decided to go light with individual pistachio and almond meringues served with fruits, which allows the guests to sip their champagne glass with their other hand!
The day after, the party enjoyed a day of rest and quiet activities with a sumptuous grazing table including gourmet sandwiches, cheese boards, dips, charcuterie and mezzé.
