Open Table Catering Byron Bay are now featured in Verandah Magazine, a magazine which covers culture and lifestyle in the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast and giving information on plenty of things to do and see.

Founder of Verandah Magazine www.verandahmagazine.com, Candida Baker visited Open Table and enjoyed an early lunch of Roasted Eggplant, Herbs, Goat’s Cheese Filo Pastry.

Chef Ronit told her about both the history of Open Table Catering and Ronit’s own colourful life story around food.  For example, Ronit has travelled extensively and lived between India in the foothills of the Himalayas and Brazil growing her own vegetables, farming the land around her and using only the local produce for food.  She has milked cows, made butter and yoghurt and labneh, and learned how to cook in a Tandoor oven.
