After consultation with you regarding your guests, and the various requirements of your menu, ingredients are carefully selected and brought from a range of local, Sydney, and Melbourne suppliers complying with Kosher food requirements. Yirmi Mitchel, our Kosher Supervisor, oversees our production, inspecting the kitchen prior to each event. Open Table Catering maintains a professional commitment to optimal freshness & taste in all our catering and, as such, all food are prepared fresh on site to satisfy our dedication to quality.
