"After eating Ronits beautiful vegan food
for 5 days I left the yoga retreat
inspired to cut out certain foods and introduce a similar diet. The vegan
food was always surprisingly satisfying and delightful to eat. Not only did it
taste wonderful it made me feel amazingly healthier.
The fresh salads, dressings, vegetables, legumes, tofu and tempeh, noodles
and polenta dishes were an amazing fusion which helped me destress and detox
without knowing it!
I hope one day again soon I will have the opportunity to eat Ronits wonderful
food.
