On a sunny Byron Bay winter Sunday, 5 food lovers spent the afternoon at the Opentable kitchen for another inspiring day of enjoying to learn about Moroccan cuisine, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.  Covered in the workshop were the basics of spice selection and combination and the fundamental condiments essential to this type of cooking; to substantial key pieces for our table. We also salivated while making the delectable sweet selection. Participants enjoyed at the end, a fabulous Moroccan Banquet!
