Alani and Mark had a beautiful wedding near Byron Bay on a private property belonging to Lani’s Uncle, with many guests arriving from interstate and overseas.
The vintage romantic feel was complimented with a full Mexican-style menu which included many gluten free options. The appetizers included Tequila-charred Scallops and Haloumi parcels served with a capsicum walnut salsa. There were 4 main course choices including Smoked chipotle Chicken and Snapper tacos served with red coleslaw.
A fun idea for dessert was a Churros bar served with chocolate and caramel sauces.
