To accommodate the needs
of the growing Jewish community in the Northern
Rivers and Gold Coast areas, Open Table is now available for the
highest
quality / sumptuous Kosher food catering.
We are under the supervision of Ari, our mashgiyach,
who is overseen by the Rabbi Moshe Soberyanski, based on the Gold
Coast. Our kitchen has been through all processes necessary for
Kosher food certification under the recognised kashrut authority,
including annual inspections and blessings.
THE KOSHER FOOD MEAL!!
After a discussion about your guests and the
various requirements for your menu, ingredients are carefully selected
and brought from interstate if not available locally. We utilise
a range of suppliers in Sydney and Melbourne, in order to comply
with our clients’ kosher food requests. Alongside
other events, Open Table did the catering and event management
for two bar mitzvahs and a celebration for a baby girl during
Purim in 2005. All occasions were successful and the guests were
impressed with our selection of food and the timing of our service.
Because of our intimate knowledge of and deep respect
for religious and sacred occasions, Open Table is perfectly placed
to cater to your event in a
sensitive manner, whilst at the same time contributing to the
colour and
atmosphere with our excellent fare and capable staff.
ENTERTAINMENT
In addition to our catering service we are able
to provide managed entertainment for children and adults. Popular
choices include jumping castles, a variety of games, clowns, dancers,
interactive music and ethnic musicians.
KOSHER FOOD WORKSHOP
We are currently developing a workshop which will
enable people to learn about kosher cooking and food preparation.
