The wedding of Romy & Ben was held at Whimsy Farm in the Byron Bay hinterland. Their delicious Kosher wedding menu included a choice of Mexican and Moorish flavours.
The Moorish dishes we prepared included a Sumac + Za’atar encrusted snapper served on a bed of rocket and Mozzarella Aranchini served with paprika anchovies tartor. The Mexican-inspired dishes for the day included Salmon on the grill served w/ coriander lime pesto and an Eggplant, chilli, tomato stew served w/ goat cheese.
