Indian cuisine has been close to my heart and belly since many moons ago I lived in India for eight years in the Himalayan region.  Every aspect of India from colours, spices and landscapes, the beauty of the women and their unwavering love that they carry, is being reflected in their food.  So, I wanted to share it.

We got together on the 18th of Jan here in Open Table to experience that love through true food.  It was divine.
