I was so excited to offer this fun and enriching vegetarian cooking workshop in Byron Bay. 8 vegetarian enthusiasts didn’t let the rainy Byron Bay winter weather dampen their spirits as we explored and tasted a carnaval of food from all over the world.

We prepared food which was grown locally, unprocessed and mostly organic.  Participants learned how to create entrees, mains and desserts which are healthy, colourful and delightfully tasty too!
