We hosted the Byron Bay Muesli company’s 2016 Christmas party at Open Table… staff members came in the afternoon and we held a cooking class, making a lovely feast.
The group prepared Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-style food including dishes such as a Red pepper and Walnut dip, Sumac & Zaátar encrusted Barramundi served with a chickpea salad and smokey Eggplant carpaccio with haloumi and pomegranate.
When all the delicious food was ready the partners and family members of the staff arrived to share in the feast we had prepared. What a treat! And a great way for staff members to learn some amazing recipes to use from the end-of-year gathering.
