  • Lime lemongrass free-range chicken with root  vegetables
  • Chicken green curry
  • Lamb fillet w/sesame chutney served on beds of greens
  • Tempura chilli tofu with daikon and ginger sauce
  • Lemongrass noodles
  • White and wild rice in coconut pumpkin

 

SALADS

  • Home made chilli salsa
  • Yoghurt kaffir lime sauce
